1. Definitions

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

3.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name matching your Account details.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 100,000; maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier.
• rvvip4 aims to process most withdrawals within 15 minutes during business hours, though processing may take up to 24 hours in certain circumstances.
• Bonus-related Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawal eligibility is granted.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

Users agree to use the Platform in a fair and responsible manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code from Platform software.

6. Responsible Gaming

• Time-Out Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to six months.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Suspension by rvvip4

rvvip4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account without prior notice if we reasonably believe:

• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The User has violated these Terms & Conditions.
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The Account poses a security risk to the Platform or other Users.
• Required verification documents have not been provided within the specified timeframe.

7.2 User-Initiated Closure

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the User after verification, minus any applicable withdrawal fees. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the rvvip4 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the property of rvvip4 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law:

• rvvip4 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a User and rvvip4, the following process applies:

2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution fails, Users may submit a formal written complaint detailing the dispute.
3. Investigation: rvvip4 will investigate the complaint and respond within 15 business days with a resolution or explanation.
4. Final Decision: rvvip4's decision on disputes is final and binding, subject to applicable Indonesian consumer protection laws.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts. By using the rvvip4 Platform, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. Amendments

rvvip4 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email or Platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Users who do not agree to modified Terms must discontinue use of the Platform and may close their Account.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
